Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years in HR operations
- At least 2 to 4 years in a supervisory capacity
- Hands on experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and payroll software
- Professional certifications like SHRM CP, PHR, or CIPD are a strong plus

Job Summary
- The role will oversee the daily administrative backbone of human resources by managing end to end employee lifecycles, payroll, and benefits. This role ensures HR data integrity, compliance with regional labor laws, and drives process automation to optimize the overall employee experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage day to day HR operations, from new hire onboarding to offboarding. Ensure requests (like leave, benefits, and contracts) meet established SLAs.
- Coordinate with Finance and external vendors to guarantee accurate, on time payroll processing and statutory deductions. Manage benefits administration, claims, and annual open enrollment.
- Oversee the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), maintaining data accuracy, user permissions, and organizational hierarchies.
- Ensure policies adhere to local employment regulations and conduct regular compliance audits.
- Standardize HR workflows, map out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and recommend technology to reduce manual workloads.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the HR operations staff
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Typically 5 to 10 years in HR operations, with at least 2 to 4 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Hands on experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or local regional systems) and payroll software.
- Professional certifications like SHRM CP, PHR, or CIPD are a strong plus.
