Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions for our tobacco distribution business in Saudi Arabia.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with senior management to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to improve employee productivity and engagement.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for all positions, including Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Support Functions.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain strong employee engagement.
  • Manage employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Advise managers on employee performance and workplace matters.
  • Develop and manage the company's performance management process.
  • Support managers in setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and identifying development plans.
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, CIPD, or PHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in an HR leadership role.
  • Previous experience in Distribution, FMCG, Retail, Logistics, or Tobacco industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Zoho People, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
