Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate our HR operations in Riyadh.
  • In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance.
  • As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will drive initiatives that foster a high performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and align HR strategies with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational goals.
  • Advise management on best practices in workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Drive succession planning and professional development programs to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies while fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace.
  • Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration within the established budget.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team building activities.
  • Monitor key HR metrics (e.g., retention, turnover) and provide data driven recommendations to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or advisory role.
  • Proven track record in a corporate environment; experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills (English & Arabic fluency mandatory).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Strategic thinker with hands on, execution focused mindset.
