- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational goals
- Advise management on best practices in workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Drive succession planning and professional development programs to build a robust talent pipeline
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies while fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace
- Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes
- Manage compensation and benefits administration within the established budget
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team building activities
- Monitor key HR metrics (e.g., retention, turnover) and provide data driven recommendations to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or advisory role
- Proven track record in a corporate environment; experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local regulatory requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills (English & Arabic fluency mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Strategic thinker with hands on, execution focused mindset

- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate our HR operations in Riyadh.
- In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance.
- As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will drive initiatives that foster a high performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and align HR strategies with our business objectives.
