Responsibilities
- Manage day to day HR operations including employment contracts, employee records, HRIS management, and documentation
- Ensure UAE Labour Law compliance, MOHRE processes, WPS, visa and work permit coordination
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate payroll with finance team including salary processing, leave management, and EOSB calculations
- Develop and maintain HR policies in line with UAE regulations
- Support performance management by coordinating review cycles and maintaining records
- Handle employee relations queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Prepare HR reports and analytics on headcount, attrition, leave, and other metrics
Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR operations or HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years based in the UAE
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, DIFC/ADGM regulations
- Hands on experience with payroll coordination and WPS compliance
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus

Role Overview

What you'll own
- Day to day HR operations — employment contracts, employee records, HRIS management, and documentation
- UAE Labour Law compliance, MOHRE processes, WPS, visa and work permit coordination
- Onboarding and offboarding administration — ensuring a smooth, consistent employee experience end to end
- Payroll coordination with the finance team, including salary processing, leave management, and EOSB calculations
- Policy development and maintenance — drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies in line with UAE regulations
- Performance management support — coordinating review cycles, maintaining records, and following up with line managers
- Employee relations — handling queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally and in line with UAE law
- HR reporting and analytics — headcount, attrition, leave, and other people metrics for leadership
What you bring
- 3–5 years of HR operations or HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years based in the UAE
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, DIFC/ADGM regulations as applicable
- Hands on experience with payroll coordination and WPS compliance
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar)
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment where processes are still being built
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus
