Role Overview

  • We are hiring for our client, a fast growing UAE fintech redefining digital payments, payroll, and corporate spend across the GCC. As we scale, we need a sharp HR Manager to keep our people operations running seamlessly; ensuring our processes, compliance, and employee experience are best in class a

What you'll own

  • Day to day HR operations — employment contracts, employee records, HRIS management, and documentation
  • UAE Labour Law compliance, MOHRE processes, WPS, visa and work permit coordination
  • Onboarding and offboarding administration — ensuring a smooth, consistent employee experience end to end
  • Payroll coordination with the finance team, including salary processing, leave management, and EOSB calculations
  • Policy development and maintenance — drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies in line with UAE regulations
  • Performance management support — coordinating review cycles, maintaining records, and following up with line managers
  • Employee relations — handling queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally and in line with UAE law
  • HR reporting and analytics — headcount, attrition, leave, and other people metrics for leadership

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of HR operations or HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years based in the UAE
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, DIFC/ADGM regulations as applicable
  • Hands on experience with payroll coordination and WPS compliance
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar)
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment where processes are still being built
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus
