Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Payroll Systems, Employment Regulations, Workforce Analytics, Employee Engagement Programs, Talent Management Strategies
- Preferred certifications: SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, CIPD, PHR, HR Analytics Certification
