- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs
- Proficiency in HR information systems and payroll processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred
- Prior experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role

Role Description
- The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- Responsible for overseeing HR operations and supporting both employees and leadership.
Day to Day Tasks
- Managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Developing and implementing HR policies.
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Handling employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinating training and development initiatives.
- Managing HR documentation and systems.
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration.
- Providing guidance to managers on HR best practices.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to foster a positive work culture and drive organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws in the United Arab Emirates.
- Proven skills in conflict resolution, coaching, and facilitating communication.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
- Proficiency in using HR information systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
- Prior experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role.
