Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ecommerce growth strategies
  • Identify opportunities to increase online revenue and market share
  • Analyze customer behavior and purchasing trends
  • Develop plans to improve sales performance and profitability
  • Support expansion into new digital channels and marketplaces
  • Manage daily ecommerce platform operations
  • Ensure website content, product information, and pricing accuracy

Product & Merchandising Management

  • Manage online product catalogs and categories

  • Use analytics to support business decisions

Digital Marketing Collaboration

  • Work with marketing teams on ecommerce campaigns

  • Improve customer acquisition and engagement strategies
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance

Customer Experience Optimization

  • Improve online shopping journeys

Marketplace & Partner Management

  • Manage ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners

  • Optimize product rankings and visibility
  • Manage marketplace operations and requirements

Operations & Cross Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with logistics, inventory, technology, and customer service teams
  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment processes
  • Support inventory planning and demand forecasting
  • Coordinate ecommerce system improvements
  • Manage operational issues affecting customers
