to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources activities and support the continued growth of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong
360-degree HR experience
, covering Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Organizational Development.
Experience within the
Real Estate and Oil & Gas sectors
is highly preferred.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibility.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting organizational growth, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
