Requirements
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certifications (CIPD / SHRM) are a plus
- Previous experience as HR Manager or similar role
- Experience in real estate or fast paced sales environments is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead end to end recruitment processes, build strong talent pipelines, hire top performing talent across departments, support workforce planning with management.
- Performance & Employee Development: Build performance management systems, support KPI setting and performance reviews, drive training, coaching, and development initiatives.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, manage HR policies, procedures, and documentation, oversee compensation, benefits, and employee records.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Build a positive, high performance workplace culture, improve employee engagement and retention, handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with leadership on organizational planning, identify opportunities to improve HR systems and processes, support business growth through strong people strategies.
