Overview

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations in alignment with corporate
  • HR frameworks and policies.
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for leadership and employees,
  • ensuring HR practices are effectively implemented.
  • Oversee Talent Acquisition activities including workforce planning,
  • recruitment coordination, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage Total Rewards administration including compensation, benefits,
  • and employee HR transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, maintaining
  • proper documentation and governance standards.
  • Oversee visa processing, government relations, and employee
  • documentation in coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Support Talent Management initiatives including performance
  • management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Drive employee experience and engagement initiatives across the
  • organization.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth
  • employee lifecycle.
  • Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses
  • Develop and manage visual assets, such as logos, colour schemes,
  • typography, and other graphic elements
  • Collaborate with the Company functional teams to ensure consistency of marketing.
