- HR frameworks and policies.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for leadership and employees,
- ensuring HR practices are effectively implemented.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition activities including workforce planning,
- recruitment coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Manage Total Rewards administration including compensation, benefits,
- and employee HR transactions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, maintaining
- proper documentation and governance standards.
- Oversee visa processing, government relations, and employee
- documentation in coordination with relevant authorities.
- Support Talent Management initiatives including performance
- management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Drive employee experience and engagement initiatives across the
- organization.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth
- employee lifecycle.
- Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses
- Develop and manage visual assets, such as logos, colour schemes,
- typography, and other graphic elements
- Collaborate with the Company functional teams to ensure consistency of marketing.
