Role Overview
Lead the overall Human Resources function for a company operating in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Maintain an effective, productive, and well-managed workforce for the Sharjah office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall HR function and implement strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace concerns, and other employee relations issues.
- Manage labour relations with the operational workforce, labour representatives, and unions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws, employment regulations, government requirements, and company policies.
- Manage employee records, onboarding, transfers, promotions, attendance, leave, benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, training, and separation.
- Develop HR policies and initiatives for performance management, engagement, training, and development.
- Prepare workforce reports and analytics covering headcount, recruitment, turnover, attendance, leave, and manpower costs.
- Assess and mitigate HR operational, employee relations, labour management, and compliance risks.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads on workforce requirements and HR matters.
