Human Resources Manager

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations across onboarding, employee changes, performance management, and offboarding.
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, employee relations, and workplace matters.
• Resolve employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee guidelines, and internal documentation.
• Support probation reviews, performance improvement plans, disciplinary matters, and employee development discussions.
• Oversee onboarding and induction processes.
• Coordinate contracts, renewals, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and other employment activities.
• Ensure practices align with UAE Labour Law and applicable employment requirements.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave, benefits, employee changes, and final settlements with Payroll and Finance.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and personnel files.
• Support workforce planning, organizational changes, restructuring, headcount reporting, and HR metrics.
• Support engagement, retention, culture, recruitment handovers, HR reporting, process improvements, and HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 7–12+ years of HR experience, including broad HR responsibilities.
• Experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, HR Operations Manager, or comparable professional.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices within the UAE.
• Experience across HR operations, employee relations, performance management, policies, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Professional handling of sensitive employee matters with discretion and sound judgment.
• Ability to advise managers and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to combine operational HR delivery with process improvement and people management.
• Relevant experience in financial services, fintech, technology, professional services, or international organizations is advantageous.
• CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
