Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with the property's luxury positioning and service standards
• Act as a strategic HR partner to the General Manager and Owner Representative
• Lead workforce planning, organizational structure, manpower budgeting, and resource planning
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments while ensuring candidates meet luxury and VIP service standards
• Develop structured onboarding programs focused on discretion, etiquette, grooming, and service excellence
• Build talent pipelines for critical and high-touch positions including Butler Services, Guest Relations, and Security
• Design and implement luxury hospitality training and employee development programs
• Manage succession planning and high-potential talent development
• Implement and manage performance management systems across departments
• Coach department heads on performance evaluation, employee feedback, and development
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievances
• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws, internal HR policies, and hospitality regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Hospitality or a related discipline is highly preferred
• 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within luxury hospitality
• Proven experience in a senior HR management role within a boutique hotel, palace, luxury hotel, or VIP hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations
• Excellent understanding of luxury hospitality culture and high-touch guest service environments
• Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity
• Strong executive presence and ability to work effectively with senior leadership and VIP stakeholders
