• Strong knowledge is required of Abu Dhabi authority processes, design codes, and approval workflows.
• Proven experience is required with major infrastructure and transportation projects.
• The candidate must be able to coordinate and guide multidisciplinary design and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong understanding is required of regulatory requirements and authority submission procedures.
