- Coach, challenge, and support senior leaders to create a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance
- Use people and business data to identify risks, opportunities, and future capability requirements
- Drive leadership succession, talent development, and employee engagement strategies
- Lead significant change and transformation programmes across a complex multi country environment
- Act as senior interface between business and specialist people functions

- Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives
- Deep experience in large, complex, multi country organizations
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business performance
- Experience leading change, organization development, and growth initiatives
- Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience across the Middle East region highly advantageous
- Arabic and English language capability beneficial

- Experience across the Middle East region highly advantageous.
- Arabic and English language capability beneficial.
