About the Role

- Provide support to HRBP in preparing Job Advertisements and posting them on all social media platforms
- Respond to comments/messages of Job Advertisements
- Organize CVs according to the required designation
- Assist HRBP in contacting candidates via phone, in person & on site
- Assist HRBP with post hiring procedures and communicate processes and developments with hired candidates
- Coordinate with the Administration department when necessary to facilitate the employee
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Management Studies / Humanities / Social Sciences / Others preferred
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Excellence in communication skills

Role Objective
- HR Interns will work closely with the HR team on various projects and tasks, allowing them to develop a comprehensive understanding of HR functions within a professional environment.
- The HR Intern will be responsible for addressing any employee related issues and managing the social media platforms that shall align the business objectives of Madre with employees and the designated stakeholders/clients to achieve a comprehensive organizational vision and mission.
Key Accountabilities
- Providing support to HRBP in preparing Job Advertisements and posting the same on all social media platforms.
- Responding to comments/messages of Job Advertisements.
- Organizing CVs according to the required designation.
- Assisting HRBP in contacting candidates via phone, in person & on site.
- Assisting HRBP with post hiring procedures and communicating the processes and developments with the hired candidates.
- Coordinate with the Administration department when and ever necessary to facilitate the employee.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Management Studies / Humanities / Social Sciences / Others preferred
