A company in the hospitality and contracting sector in Mecca seeks an HR Generalist with 4-7 years of experience to manage daily HR operations including payroll, government compliance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities
- Manage attendance and absence records and review violations
- Prepare and review payroll (including cash) and ensure compliance with the Wage Protection System
- Manage employee files (add, update, terminate, clear)
- Handle Qiwa platform (contracts, recruitment, service follow up)
- Follow up on work permits, residency, and visas, and coordinate with government entities
- Manage medical insurance (add, delete, renew)
- Execute recruitment processes (post ads, screen, interview)
- Prepare leave plans, manage balances, and end of service benefits
- Follow up on performance evaluations, raises, and promotions
- Prepare and follow up on department reports using Excel and Word
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management
- Issue internal circulars to employees
Requirements
- 4 7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in Jisr system (mandatory)
- Advanced skills in Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Saudi labor systems and government platforms (Qiwa, Insurance, Madad)
- Preference for immediate availability
- Preference for experience in the hospitality sector

الوصف الوظيفي
- نبحث عن أخصائي موارد بشرية لديه خبرة من 4 إلى 7 سنوات، للقيام بإدارة وتنفيذ عمليات الموارد البشرية اليومية بكفاءة، بما يشمل شؤون الموظفين، الرواتب، والالتزام بالأنظمة الحكومية، مع خبرة عملية في نظام جسر.
- تعمل الشركة في قطاع الفنادق والمقاولات، ويفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في قطاع الفنادق.
المهام الرئيسية
- إدارة عمليات الحضور والانصراف ومراجعة المخالفات.
- إعداد ومراجعة مسيرات الرواتب (بما فيها الكاش) وضمان الالتزام بنظام حماية الأجور.
- إدارة ملفات الموظفين (إضافة، تحديث، إنهاء خدمات، إخلاء طرف).
- التعامل مع منصة قوى (العقود، التوظيف، متابعة الخدمات).
- متابعة رخص العمل، الإقامات، والتأشيرات والتنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية.
- إدارة التأمين الطبي (إضافة، حذف، تجديد).
- تنفيذ عمليات التوظيف (نشر إعلانات، فرز، مقابلات).
- إعداد خطط الإجازات وإدارة الرصيد ونهاية الخدمة.
- متابعة تقييم الأداء والزيادات والترقيات.
- إعداد ومتابعة تقارير القسم باستخدام Excel وWord.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية ورفعها للإدارة العليا.
- إصدار التعاميم الداخلية للموظفين.
المتطلبات
- خبرة من 4 إلى 7 سنوات في الموارد البشرية.
- إجادة استخدام نظام جسر (شرط أساسي).
- مهارات متقدمة في Excel وWord.
- معرفة بأنظمة العمل السعودية والمنصات الحكومية (قوى، التأمينات، مدد).
- مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية عالية.
- يفضل التفرغ الفوري.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في قطاع الفنادق.
