We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance while helping build a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Handle employee relations and HR queries professionally
- Assist with performance management and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
