Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards

- Manage HRIS, maintain data integrity, and produce reports for decision making
- Ensure HR policies comply with evolving labour regulations and assist in policy rollout
- Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution
- Engage in recruitment activities including job ads, screening, and interviewing
- Produce analytical reports on HR metrics and detect trends
- Partner in designing and executing employee development programs
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in human resources
- In depth knowledge of HR principles, labour laws (with specific expertise in UAE labour law)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Mission

Key Accountabilities
- Employee Records Management: Ensure meticulous maintenance and updating of employee records.
- Benefits Administration: Coordinate comprehensive employee benefits programs.
- HRIS Management: Take ownership of HRIS, maintain data integrity, and produce reports.
- Compliance And Policy Implementation: Stay vigilant about labour regulations and ensure compliance.
- Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations matters with sensitivity.
- Recruitment Support: Engage actively in recruitment activities.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
