Mission

  • HR Administrator takes on a more advanced role with increased responsibilities in executing various aspects of human resources functions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Employee Records Management: Ensure meticulous maintenance and updating of employee records.
  • Benefits Administration: Coordinate comprehensive employee benefits programs.
  • HRIS Management: Take ownership of HRIS, maintain data integrity, and produce reports.
  • Compliance And Policy Implementation: Stay vigilant about labour regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations matters with sensitivity.
  • Recruitment Support: Engage actively in recruitment activities.
  • Reporting And Analysis: Produce regular analytical reports on HR metrics.
  • Training And Development: Partner in designing and executing employee development programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in human resources.
  • In depth knowledge of HR principles, labour laws (UAE labour law expertise).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Economics, or related field.
