Role overview
Manage the administrative and HR functions of outsourced staff for AMS International in liaison with the client.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive image of AMS International.
- Source and recruit staff through management and agency liaison, interviewing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Support the smooth transition of new joiners.
- Supervise attendance, leave, annual tickets, and employee personal details.
- Provide staff counseling and problem solving.
- Maintain personnel files and coordinate immigration and labor procedures with head office.
- Maintain annual and sick leave schedules and liaise with the client.
- Coordinate staff bonuses and increments with the client.
- Improve processes and ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently.
- Coordinate joiners, leavers, office-space changes, and related logistics with the client.
- Manage monthly payroll and invoicing through client portals.
Job requirements
- Minimum five years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills and hands-on PC exposure.
- Ability to work independently.
- Awareness of labor laws.
- Ability to lead a team and work effectively with people.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and changing environment.
