- Proven ability to work with senior leadership as a strategic partner
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
- Experience working in Riyadh or the broader region and familiarity with local labor regulations highly beneficial
