Responsibilities
- Partner with the President and BU leadership team to align people priorities with business goals.
- Ensure strong delivery of core HR services through leveraging HR COEs and Shared Services.
- Build talent pipelines in the BU for leadership, line manager and critical roles.
- Shape a high performance, values led culture that strengthens engagement, accountability, collaboration and wellbeing.
- Lead the people side of transformation through clear communication, leadership alignment, adoption and future ready ways of working.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in a relevant HR field, e.g., business partnering, employee relations, COE.
- Courage and confidence to lead difficult discussions, using strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and structured mindset for decision making leveraging data and key HR metrics.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements across their area of operation.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems; strong business partnering and time management skills.
- F&B, Snacking or FMCG experience.

Role Purpose
- The HR Director reports into the Chief People Officer and leads a team of HR business partners.
- Acts as a catalyst for organizational effectiveness, partnering closely with business and corporate leaders.
