About the Opportunity

  • We are a leading management consulting firm seeking an experienced HR Development Manager to join our team immediately.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and leading the HR Development function for a newly formed HR operating model serving multiple companies within a business cluster.
  • This is a unique opportunity to build HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) from the ground up, design HR frameworks, and drive strategic people initiatives that directly support business growth.
  • The role requires a hands on HR professional who combines strategic thinking with execution capability and possesses solid expertise across Performance Management, Organizational Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the establishment and development of the HR Development function across the assigned business cluster.
  • Design and implement HR frameworks, policies, processes, and governance for key HR Development functions.
  • Develop and manage the Performance Management framework, including policies, performance cycles, KPIs, calibration processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead Organizational Development initiatives, including organizational structure reviews, job architecture, competency frameworks, workforce planning support, and organizational effectiveness projects.
  • Design Learning & Development strategies, annual training plans, competency development programs, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify organizational and talent needs and recommend appropriate HR solutions.
  • Build scalable HR processes that can evolve as the organization grows.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, templates, and standard operating practices.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Ensure alignment of HR Development initiatives with organizational strategy and business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to Performance Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience in establishing or transforming HR functions, Centers of Excellence, or HR operating models.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, governance, and organizational design principles.
  • Experience working in consulting firms, holding companies, or multi business organizations is highly preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM CP/SCP, PHRi/SPHRi, CPTD, Prosci, or PMP are considered an advantage.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while building and leading future HR teams.

Preferred Background

  • Candidates with experience in one or more of the following environments are highly preferred: HR Consulting Firms, Holding Companies, Shared Services Organizations, Multi business Groups, Large Corporate HR Functions, Organizational Development & HR Transformation Projects.
