Key Responsibilities
- Develop performance management strategies aligned with organizational goals and employee productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
- Design and facilitate training programmes for employee development and career growth.
- Identify training needs with department heads and create targeted learning plans.
- Evaluate learning programmes using feedback and performance metrics.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in performance management and learning and development.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven HRBP experience focused on performance management.
- Strong understanding of performance evaluation techniques and competency frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Certification in HR.
