Role Description

  • The Human Resources Assistant is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah.
  • With 5 years of HR experience, this individual will play a key support role in driving HR reporting, following up on people plans and strategies, and contributing to organizational development initiatives.
  • The role operates closely with HR leadership to ensure workforce strategies are tracked, measured, and executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute regular HR reports covering headcount, turnover, recruitment, attendance, and other key workforce metrics.
  • Track and follow up on the implementation of HR plans, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met by relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the development and execution of HR strategies, including workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in designing and monitoring development strategies aligned with organizational goals and Saudi labor market requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes in alignment with HR policies and local labor regulations.
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with training coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking completion records.
  • Prepare presentations and summaries for HR leadership on strategy progress and workforce trends.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and Saudi Labor Law requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on HR reporting, strategic planning support, and development programs.
  • Proven ability to follow up on HR plans and organizational strategies, ensuring accountability and on time delivery.
  • Hands on experience in HR reporting and data analysis using HRIS platforms and MS Excel or equivalent tools.
  • Familiarity with HR development strategies, including talent management, succession planning, and learning & development frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Saudi Labor Law.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential HR information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital HR systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
