Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about HR technology and systems to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Manager; HR Technology, the Human Resources Analyst will be a partner to stakeholders from across the organization to help create a people and business driven technology platform.
Key responsibilities include
- Partner with and provide a high level of customer service to your colleagues in HR, Payroll, and the business to help build and maintain a people technology platform that meets the needs of the organization.
- Act as the technical subject matter expert in HR technology functionality and end-user experience for all areas – HR, Payroll, Time, Performance Management, Learning & Development and Recruitment.
- Primary contact for tier 1 and tier 2 system support; troubleshoot and resolve system problems with reporting, integrations, business processes and other configurations.
- Ensure the effectiveness of system configurations, interdependencies, and data flows; proactively identifying and resolving any issues.
- Participate in HR technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication, and business configuration.
