Profile Summary

  • The HR Analyst supports the HR function in HR administration to ensure smooth running of day to day operations in MEA region. This role partners closely with Head of Human Resources – MEA, Talent, and support teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance with respective local labour laws.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition and Offboarding: Recruitment support including opening positions, scheduling interviews, acknowledging applications.
  • Administration of end to end HR employee lifecycle processes including offer management, contract packs, staff moves, background screening, leaver paperwork.
  • File Management: Data maintenance, document management, compiling employee files, maintaining supplier files.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Track and record payroll related information, coordinate GOSI/Pension payments.
  • Learning and Development: Coordinate room bookings, flight bookings, prepare training materials, update training log.
  • General: Provide HR Ops support, salary certificates, NOCs, general administration, invoice processing, regulatory reports.
  • Immigration: Liaise with immigration provider for residence permits, exit/re entry permits, business visas.
  • IT Systems and Reporting: Ensure HR system updates, attend to employee/manager queries, maintain HR intranet.
  • Miscellaneous: Support Head of HR in global/regional initiatives, ad hoc projects.
  • HR Risk and Control: Ensure audit compliance, maintain HR policies, assist in establishing new processes.
  • Data Protection: Act as data protection business process owner for HR.
  • Core Annual HR Processes: Support compensation, promotions, objectives, performance reviews, talent review.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in HR analytics, operations, or reporting ideally in banking or financial services.
  • Strong Excel and HRIS skills (Workday/SuccessFactors preferred).
  • High attention to detail and comfort handling confidential data.
  • Solid understanding of DIFC and UAE labour laws.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and tell a story through insights.
