Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Administrator, located in Riyadh.
The HR Administrator will oversee and manage daily HR operations including employee records, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Additional responsibilities include supporting HR management, assisting with policy implementation, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core HR functions, including Human Resources (HR) processes and HR Management
- Hands-on experience with Benefits Administration and HRIS tools
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and its practical application
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the lighting or construction industry is a plus
