Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh.
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of lighting systems, providing technical support to clients, and tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements.
The role requires actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, delivering presentations, and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project execution is also an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to articulate technical knowledge to potential clients
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain client relationships
- Hands-on experience in Sales, coupled with the ability to meet targets and close deals
- Technical Support expertise to provide solutions to customers' technical challenges
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software
- Previous experience in the lighting industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
