Requirements
- Strong Sales Engineering and technical solution design skills, preferably in lighting or related electrical/engineering fields
- Proficiency in Sales and business development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation
- Experience in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Ability to provide Technical Support and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Excellent Communication skills in spoken and written English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred
- Familiarity with lighting standards, specifications, and basic design tools (e.g., Dialux, Relux) is a plus
- Ability to work on site, conduct field visits in Riyadh and surrounding areas, and manage multiple projects concurrently

Role Description
- Full time, on site Sales Engineer role based in Riyadh.
- Engage with clients to understand project requirements, propose appropriate indoor and outdoor lighting solutions, and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, responding to technical inquiries, coordinating with engineering and procurement teams, and supporting the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
- Also involves site visits, technical assessments, and ensuring proposed solutions comply with project specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, provide post sales technical support, and contribute feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and technical solution design skills, preferably in lighting or related electrical/engineering fields.
