Azizi Developments is a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, seeking a SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Manager to manage and maintain the organization’s SAP SuccessFactors platform.
Role Description
- The SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining the organization’s SAP SuccessFactors platform.
- This role ensures that the system meets the needs of the HR department and the wider organization while maintaining data integrity, system functionality, security, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SAP SuccessFactors, including EC, LMS, PMGM, Onboarding, and RCM, to ensure system accuracy, security, and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors-related queries, issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
- Oversee system configuration, updates, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, enhancements, and integrations with payroll, timekeeping, Smart Recruiters, and other internal or third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, implementation partners, and other departments to identify system requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor data integrity and ensure accurate employee records, organizational structures, reporting relationships, workflows, and HR master data.
- Lead and manage SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
