- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team on recruitment related items such as screening applicants, coordinating interviews, creating and managing job requisitions, and supporting with the creation of offers in the system.
- Administer and score profiles of all types of psychometric tests in accordance with testing standards and procedures.
- Deliver customized onboarding process and orientation that facilitate a positive candidate experience.
- Process all transactional activities of the employee life cycle within Service Level Agreements.
- Provide high quality, consistent HR guidance, support, and resolution to managers and employees.
- Maintain accurate reporting on HR activities and ad hoc reporting whenever required.
Requirements
- 12 years of schooling or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources covering recruitment, shared services, onboarding, offboarding
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR administrative procedures, interviewing techniques
- PC literate and proficient in MS Office package
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (written and verbal)
- Arabic language is mandatory
- Experience with Oracle Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue preferred

Job Purpose

General Accountabilities
- Responsible for day to day people experience operation.
- Deliver a consistently high level quality customer service and communication to internal and external customers/stakeholders.
- Execute all HR assigned activities in a timely manner in compliance with the latest policies and processes.
- Familiarization with the HR systems and data landscape.
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices.
- Maintenance of accurate reporting on HR activities and ad hoc reporting whenever required.

Qualifications & Experience
- 12 Years of schooling or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in Human resources covering recruitment, shared services, onboarding offboarding.
- Comprehensive knowledge in HR administrative procedures, interviewing techniques and experience in handling recruitment projects.
- Preferred experience in working with spreadsheet and book keeping entries, with some accounting knowledge.
- PC literate and proficient in MS Office package.
- Strong quality orientation and organization skills.
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (written and verbal), Arabic language is a mandatory requirement.

- We work with Oracle Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue and Microsoft Office.
- We're full time in office, and do not offer hybrid, work from home or remote options.
- You will be paid an hourly rate, working 42 hours per week, Monday Friday.
