Business Performance and Reporting

• Own performance reporting across financial, commercial, customer, and operational metrics.
• Monitor performance, identify key drivers and gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead weekly and monthly business reviews, executive updates, and performance deep dives.
• Support senior management with ad hoc analysis on critical business topics.

Forecasting and Financial Management

• Lead business forecasting and support annual and strategic planning.
• Drive OKR setting, tracking, and performance management.
• Support P&L management and identify revenue, cost, investment, and profitability drivers.
• Build and challenge business cases and investment plans, including store expansion.

Business and Commercial Analytics

• Lead analytical deep dives across store, customer, commercial, operational, and logistics performance.
• Analyze acquisition, frequency, retention, churn, lifetime value, campaigns, promotions, pricing, and investment performance.
• Build analytical frameworks and models to improve business decision-making.
• Support pricing, fees, minimum order values, margins, promotions, and customer investment optimization.

Strategy and Cross-Functional Leadership

• Support strategy across store expansion, assortment growth, and new business opportunities.
• Develop frameworks for pricing, assortment, customer lifetime value, and budget optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve demand planning, availability, and performance through analytics and automation.
• Partner across functions, translate priorities into analytical, product, and operational requirements, and drive stakeholder alignment.

Knowledge and Experience

• Seven to ten years of relevant experience in performance management, strategy, consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, business analytics, e-commerce, or technology is required.
• Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, marketplaces, retail, or technology is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or another relevant field is required.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business judgment, and the ability to combine strategic and detailed analytical work are required.
• Strong ownership and the ability to independently drive ambiguous, cross-functional topics are required.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills are required.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides proficiency is required.
• Strong SQL skills are a plus, and Tableau or Looker experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are required.
