3PL Management

  • Acquire new third-party logistics companies to serve business needs.
  • Monitor third-party logistics KPIs and performance and support providers with operational issues and obstacles.
  • Manage third-party logistics invoices and payment release.
  • Drive efficient territory operations by balancing supply and demand and proactively activating future requirements.
  • Optimize the SLA process and maintain relationships with external suppliers supporting logistics services across the fleet.

Change and Stakeholder Management

  • Provide training, workshops, customer and supplier communications, and other support to prepare stakeholders for changes.
  • Review change issues and recommend initiatives that support a vibrant work environment.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization with local and international concerned stakeholders.

Project Management

  • Lead and guide project teams in planning and organizing divisional and organizational projects.
  • Direct and control projects to meet cost budget, timelines, scope, quality, and required standards.
  • Lead initiatives and growth projects across corporate departments for seamless execution.

Governance and Resilience

  • Document and implement policies, procedures, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor daily practices and divisional compliance with mandatory policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Budget and People Management

  • Participate in the division's budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process.
  • Ensure effective budget utilization and accurately report progress and challenges.
  • Participate in identifying and recruiting key talent and manage, guide, and assist direct reports.
  • Set performance objectives, provide support, evaluate the team, and provide regular performance feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of logistics experience or relevant experience.
  • Data analytics and reporting, problem-solving, decision-making, creativity, critical thinking, negotiation, and project-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
