Job Summary
The HSE Systems Coordinator supports HSE systems, data, governance, reporting, compliance, audits, training records, incident data, and continuous improvement across civil and oil and gas construction projects.
HSE Systems and Data
- Administer HSE information management systems and maintain accurate HSE records.
- Perform data entry and validation for incidents, audits, inspections, training, and corrective actions.
- Maintain document control, version management, and physical and electronic filing systems.
Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain HSE policies, procedures, manuals, incident reports, audit reports, and training records.
- Support audits, inspections, regulatory tracking, corrective actions, and ISO or ADOSH certification processes.
- Support development and maintenance of procedures for occupational health, workplace safety, environmental protection, and emergency preparedness.
Training and Incident Records
- Maintain HSE training matrices, competency records, completion data, and certification validity information.
- Collect and validate incident, accident, and near-miss data and track investigation actions to closure.
- Support HSE training materials, awareness communications, and user support.
Performance and Coordination
- Prepare HSE KPIs and consolidated monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Support HSE meetings, agendas, minutes, procurement tracking, and other systems-related duties.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- High school education is required; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate in OHS or NVQ Level 3 equivalent is mandatory.
- At least three years of HSE administration, systems, or coordination experience in construction or industrial environments.
- Strong Microsoft Office and HSE information systems skills, HSE compliance knowledge, English proficiency, and discretion are required.
- ISO 45001 awareness training is preferred.
