Role Overview
Lead HSE, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility programs across Dubai Headquarters and Northern Region operations, including Iraq, Kuwait, and Qatar.
Support safety culture, regulatory and management system compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence across manufacturing, warehousing, facilities, and office environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Dubai Campus HSE leader and primary contact for safety and sustainability matters across supported regions.
- Develop and monitor annual HSE plans and ensure compliance with company policies, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and legal requirements.
- Lead safety walkdowns, incident investigations, audits, inspections, legal compliance assessments, and corrective action closure.
- Maintain HSE documentation, training records, performance data, permits, inductions, and risk assessment processes.
- Lead the Dubai HSE Committee and coordinate with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop sustainability strategies covering energy efficiency, waste management, resource conservation, and CSR initiatives.
- Drive HSE process automation and digitalization through Power Apps and SharePoint.
- Provide HSE leadership for Northern Region expansion and relocation activities.
