Project Manager

You skillfully navigate both formal and informal channels to cultivate broad-based relationships and garner necessary support.

Furthermore, you possess a deep understanding of individual motivators and strategically align tasks to optimize team performance and engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline).
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management or 5 years in lead engineering and commissioning roles within instrumentation, automation, digitalization, wireless, or industrial solutions projects.
• Strong technical understanding of instrumentation, wireless solutions, flow measurement, pressure, temperature, and level technologies.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, site installation, commissioning, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of commercial and contractual management, including contract terms, change management, claims, variation orders, and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, planning, and reporting tools.
• Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, planning, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• PMP certification is preferred.
