The candidate must possess a strong personality and sufficient experience in managing and controlling manpower and labor at the project site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and minimizing the risk of violations or accidents.
Job Purpose
Taking all measures to avoid any incidents to occur on site by overseeing and assuring that the HSE programs and procedures are correctly implemented by all the entities working on site.

Duties & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain safety and environmental plans for all phases of the project in line with local, regional, and international standards.
Identify safety and environmental hazards and assess risk levels for the construction project.
Oversee overall compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Ensure that all safety equipment is inspected and maintained regularly.
Research related regulations, industry best practices, and advancements in safety and environmental technology
Participate in safety and environmental audits of the construction site.
Document and record all safety and environmental activities.
