Job Purpose
Supervise and monitor roads and infrastructure construction activities on site.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and the approved project schedule.
Construction and Site Supervision
- Supervise daily roads and infrastructure construction activities.
- Monitor earthworks, grading, subgrade, sub-base, base course, asphalt, curbs, sidewalks, and associated civil works.
- Supervise stormwater drainage, sewerage, potable water, irrigation networks, utilities, and underground services.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship for quality compliance.
Technical Coordination and Controls
- Review construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, utility teams, and other disciplines to avoid conflicts.
- Monitor contractor progress and report delays, deficiencies, and potential risks.
- Follow up on RFIs, inspection requests, NCRs, and other site technical matters.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams.
