- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems in line with legal requirements and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Deliver HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns
- Monitor and report on HSE KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement
- Coordinate and support emergency preparedness and response plans, including BCM activities
- Liaise with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the development and implementation of EHS and integrated management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- NEBOSH International Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent HSE qualification
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong understanding of local HSE regulations and international standards

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE professional to lead and support the development, implementation, and continual improvement of HSE systems across our operations.
- The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in integrated management systems and business continuity management (BCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems in line with legal requirements, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Deliver HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns for employees and contractors.
- Monitor and report on HSE KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement across all areas.
- Coordinate and support emergency preparedness and response plans, including Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities.
- Liaise with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies as needed.
- Foster a strong safety culture and promote employee engagement in health and safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the development and implementation of EHS and integrated management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- NEBOSH International Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent HSE qualification is required.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Experience or strong familiarity with Business Continuity Management (BCM) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of local HSE regulations and international standards.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
