Requirements
- Relevant HSE experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, industrial, or construction projects.
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
- Valid MIC PTW Card and Gatepass.
- Good knowledge of PTW, risk assessment, JSA, toolbox talks, and HSE procedures.
- Candidates must be locally available for immediate joining with a valid QID.
Responsibilities
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions.
- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work procedures and site safety requirements.
- Review and support risk assessments, JSA/JHA, and method statements.
- Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices.
- Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and safety observations.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
- Coordinate with supervisors and the workforce to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure emergency procedures and environmental requirements are followed.
