Role Overview
IMAR OVERSEAS SAUDI CO.W.L.L is seeking an experienced HSE Manager.
The role leads health, safety, and environmental strategies across project sites and supports a zero-harm culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and update site-specific HSE management plans.
- Conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses, and site audits.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and OSHA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and continuous training for site engineers, supervisors, and the workforce.
- Maintain HSE documentation and compile monthly safety performance reports.
- Present safety metrics to executive leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC or International Diploma certification is required.
- OSHA, IOSH, or ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certifications are highly preferred.
- Seven to ten years of progressive HSE experience, including at least three years in a managerial role.
- Construction or interior fit-out experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is required.
