About the Role
Swan Global is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental activities on civil and construction projects in Doha. The role requires 8-10 years of HSE experience in civil/construction, a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field, and iDip-OHS (Level 6) certification.

Job Summary

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience in Civil / Construction Projects.
- Proven experience managing HSE operations on large scale construction projects.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits.
- Experience with Microsoft Construction Project Management Tools.
- Excellent reporting, leadership, and communication skills.
- iDip OHS (Level 6) certification is mandatory.
- Ability to join within the required timeframe will be an advantage.
