About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform basic and routine duties in a wide range of environmental, health and safety disciplines to achieve compliance with ES&H standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of safety and health programs, systems and procedures
- Assist in monitoring hazards and diseases that could be present in the work area
- Work with others to investigate accidents, injuries and complaints concerning hazards in the workplace
- Participate in recommending improvement in processes, design, procedures and equipment to minimize hazards
- Participate in employee training, emergency preparedness and assure the quality of programs
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of HSE experience in major infrastructure construction projects
- Mandatory experience in Tunneling Works (TBM, NATM, Cut & Cover, or similar methods)
- Mandatory experience in Viaduct / Elevated Structure Construction
- Previous experience in High Speed Rail, Railway, Metro, or Rail Infrastructure Projects
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk assessment, and permit to work systems
- Proficiency in incident investigation and hazard identification techniques
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)
- IOSH Managing Safely / Working Safely
- OSHA Safety Certification
- First Aid and Fire Warden Certification (preferred)

Job Description

Qualifications
