Responsibilities
- Ensure HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement
- Provide overall guidance from HSSE perspective to the Project to ensure HSSE Management System is established and implemented
- Close monitoring of EPC Contractor to ensure Project HSSE objectives are met
- Provide leadership to PMC HSSE resources, EPC Contractor and their teams
- Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve HSSE issues during EPC phase
- Coordinate with PMC Construction Engineers for HSSE activities
- Ensure Project HSSE procedures are established, maintained and implemented by EPC Contractor
- Advise PMC team on HSSE questions and collaborate on objectives
- Witness HSSE Audits conducted by EPC Contractor
- Ensure EPC Contractor's HSSE personnel are appropriately qualified
- Ensure implementation of Project HSSE Plan for EPC Contract
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, IT, Computer, Software, Electronic, etc.) or equivalent from an accredited university

Principal Accountabilities
- Ensuring HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
- Safe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget.
- Provides overall guidance from a HSSE perspective to the Project to ensure the Project HSSE Management System is established and implemented.
- Close monitoring of EPC Contractor to ensure that Project HSSE objectives are met.
- Provides leadership to the PMC HSSE resources, EPC Contractor and their respective teams.
- Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
- Identifying, evaluating, and resolving HSSE issues during the EPC phase.
- Coordination with PMC Construction Engineers for HSSE activities.
- Ensuring that the Project HSSE procedures are established, maintained and implemented by the EPC Contractor.

Qualifications And Experience
- A bachelor's degree in relevant engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, IT, Computer, Software, Electronic etc.) or equivalent from an accredited university.
