- Design and improve HSE policies, procedures, and instructions aligned with Saudi Labor Law and Civil Defense Requirements
- Conduct routine site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and unsafe practices
- Assist in developing and updating risk assessments, method statements, and job safety analyses
- Monitor compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and local regulations
- Support investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports with corrective actions
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors
- Maintain HSE records, permits, training logs, and statistical reports
- Ensure proper use and availability of personal protective equipment and firefighting/emergency equipment
- Participate in emergency drills and support emergency response planning
- Promote environmental practices such as waste management and pollution control
Requirements
- Knowledge of HSE management systems and relevant local regulations
- Good observation, reporting, and risk assessment skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Office and HSE reporting tools

Job Overview
- The HSE Engineer supports the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental programs across the workplace and project sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve the HSE Policies, procedures and instructions to be aligned with Saudi Labor Law and Civil Defense Requirements.

- Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work execution.
