- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, and follow up on collections and outstanding receivables
- Reconcile sales transactions, customer accounts, and bank statements
- Manage accounts payable, including supplier invoices and payments
- Process and verify expense claims, petty cash, and employee reimbursements
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support VAT calculation, filing, and compliance with ZATCA requirements
- Assist with audits by providing required documents and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 4 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of VAT and ZATCA regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication in English and Arabic
- Professional certification (SOCPA, CMA, or part qualified) is an advantage

Role Overview
- The Accountant is responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the company's overall financial operations. In a sales driven company, the role places particular focus on accounts receivable, invoicing and collections.
Key Responsibilities
