Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, or a related discipline
- 20 years of experience leading HSE across large mixed use and hospitality projects
- Experience managing contractor compliance and working within enterprise risk frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and experience with incident investigation practices
- Experience interfacing with executive leadership, project directors, contractor leadership, and regulators
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent HSE certification is a plus
