Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 6+ years experience in HSE
- Solid understanding of organizational change

- Ability to engage with senior leadership
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Resilient with ability to work with challenging stakeholders
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively

Role Overview
- This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HSE Admin with a proven track record in understanding of the complexities involved in large scale Gas Processing projects to meet objectives for a high profile client.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Provide timely advice and guidance on all matters pertaining to Health, Safety and the Environment with respect to Legislation, Company Polices and Client requirements.
- Support a team of Engineer to assist in the delivery of Wood EPCM projects.
- Provide visibility and interface of the HSE function.
- Work in collaboration with other members of the team and the wider business to facilitate high performance delivery through successful implementation of processes and systems.
- Contribute to the development of the HSE Assurance Plan to deliver high risk audits across the area or Division of responsibility.
- Advise and assist site management in the preparation of Safety & Environmental Plans, Risk Assessments and method statements for various projects.
- Work with on site management in the development, delivery, implementation and maintenance of Business Unit specific HSE policies and procedures.
- Prepare safety and environmental reports as required.
- Conduct safety and environmental audits and inspections in accordance with the Integrated Management system.
- Prepare and deliver training courses / toolbox talks to ensure full knowledge of H&S requirements and techniques.
- Conduct loss event investigations and prepare reports for internal / external purposes.
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related.
- 6 yrs + experience in HSE.
- A solid understanding of organizational change.
