HS Field Manager

Role overview

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and manage the Home Appliance field sales team.
• Develop and execute field sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, and KPIs across assigned regions and channels.
• Manage retail partner, distributor, and channel customer relationships.
• Ensure in-store execution, product visibility, merchandising, and promotional standards.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate performance and coach the team.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and category teams.
• Manage sales forecasting, inventory monitoring, and demand planning.
• Recruit, train, and develop field sales talent.
• Prepare sales reports, business reviews, and management presentations.

What you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, retail management, or field sales operations.
• At least 2 years of leadership or team management experience.
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership, coaching, people management, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
